OUR RETURNS POLICY
At Hello Beautiful we pride ourselves on our quality and our customer service. We want you to enjoy your online shopping experience and be excited by your purchases. If you are unhappy with the item(s) you have bought from our website, we will gladly exchange it for something else or offer you a refund.
Please keep in mind that this is subject to inspection, all items must be returned in their original condition – new, unworn/unwashed, along with the original packaging and proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in the original method of payment.
Our policy lasts 7 days from when you receive your item(s). If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Item(s) must be returned at the customers expense. To return an item(s) for a refund just send it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like to make an exchange, a new order will need to be placed and the unwanted item(s) returned for a refund. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 1-2 business days of us receiving the return. See RETURNS above for instructions on how items can be returned.

Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange, you may need to wait the pre order timeframe.
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to an online order after it has been placed.
Amendments may include but are not limited to:
- Change of delivery address
- Change to colours and sizes
- Adding or removing items
- Applying discounts
- Full order cancellations
