A pre order can take anywhere between 3 to 6 weeks to arrive on your doorstep from when your payment has cleared. This is a general guide only, occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control with production or shipping, delays may result. Due to this, we reserve the right to extend the expected delivery dates.
If you order a Pre Order and In Stock item together your order will not ship till we receive the Pre Ordered items.
Please place two separate orders to avoid delay on the In Stock items.
We will email you a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow 4 weeks before contacting us for an update.

Ownership of packages once shipped transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from Australia Post along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by Australia Post. Signature on Delivery and Extra Cover is available to add to any order and is recommended for any order you can't afford to lose. You can find this on our Websites home page main menu under SHIPPING. If you choose not to buy Extra Cover and your purchase is lost or damaged by Australia Post, we cannot provide a refund.
Signature on Delivery
Captures a signature of the recipient once the item has been delivered.
Provides you with cover for the specified value of your item (up to $5,000) if your item is lost or damaged while being carried by Australia Post
- $1.50 per $100 of your item's value (or part thereof); and
- You must add $2.95 for Signature on Delivery if your item is valued above $300.
In the case that your parcel is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH AUSTRALIA POST. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES YOU MAY INCUR OR FOR DELAYS BECAUSE OF CUSTOMS. WE HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING IF YOU WILL INCUR A CUSTOMS FEE OR NOT. IF YOU DO WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED. WE CANNOT TRACK PACKAGES SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY ONCE IT LEAVES AUSTRALIA.
